Welcome to iptvDX. By downloading, installing or using this application, you accept these Terms and Conditions in full. If you disagree with any of them, please do not use the app.
1. What iptvDX is
iptvDX is a media management and playback application available for iPhone, iPad and Apple TV. Its purpose is to let users load, organise and play their own IPTV content sources.
iptvDX does not provide, host, sell or distribute any kind of media content. All content played through the app comes from external sources configured directly by the user.
2. Requirements of use
To use iptvDX you must:
- Be at least 13 years old.
- Have an Apple device compatible with iOS 18 or tvOS 18 or later.
- Have an active internet connection to load and stream content in real time.
- Accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy of the app.
3. Responsibility for content
Users are solely responsible for the content they access through iptvDX. By using the app, you confirm that:
- You have the legal right to access the content you configure and play.
- You comply with all laws and regulations in force in your country or region regarding the consumption of audiovisual content.
- You will not use iptvDX to play or distribute material that infringes copyright or any other third-party rights.
iptvDX has no relationship with the third-party content providers users choose to configure. The quality, availability and legality of that content are the sole responsibility of the provider and the user.
4. Purchases and subscriptions
iptvDX may offer additional features through in-app purchases or subscriptions. All transactions are handled entirely through the Apple App Store, under Apple's own purchase terms and refund policy.
iptvDX does not store or process any payment data. To request a refund, you must do so directly through Apple.
5. Intellectual property
All code, design, branding, name, logo and interface of iptvDX are the exclusive property of its creators and are protected by applicable intellectual property law.
The following are expressly prohibited:
- Copying, modifying or distributing any part of the application.
- Attempting to decompile or reverse-engineer the app.
- Using the iptvDX name, brand or visual assets without express written authorisation.
6. Copyright infringement
If you believe content that infringes your intellectual property rights is being accessed through iptvDX, you can notify us through the contact form. Your notice must include:
- A description of the protected content affected.
- Enough information to identify the reported infringement.
- Your contact details.
- A good-faith statement that the use is not authorised.
We will review each notice individually and take whatever action is appropriate under applicable law.
7. No warranties
iptvDX is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will run uninterrupted, that it will be error-free, or that it will be compatible with every possible device or configuration.
Content availability depends entirely on the external providers configured by the user, over which iptvDX has no control.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, iptvDX and its creators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damage arising from the use or inability to use the application, including but not limited to:
- Loss of data or personal settings.
- Compatibility problems with third-party services.
- Interruptions to content playback.
- Any harm arising from content played through external sources.
9. Suspension of access
We reserve the right to restrict or suspend access to the app, temporarily or permanently, for any user who breaches these Terms or makes use of it in a way we consider inappropriate, fraudulent or unlawful, without prior notice.
10. Data deletion
You can request the deletion of any data associated with your use of iptvDX at any time. To do so, you can use the contact form or manage your data from the settings section of the app itself. See our Privacy Policy for more details on how we handle your data.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions whenever we consider it necessary. Changes will be published on this page with the corresponding update date. Continued use of the app after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
